What is it?

Therapeutic Massage involves the application of deep pressure and manipulation of the body's soft tissues - muscles, tendons, joints and ligaments. It is designed to prevent and relieve soreness, tension, fatigue and stress on the body. It helps to alleviate medical problems including fibromyalgia and IBS, and to promote greater health and wellness.

Therapeutic Massage is an intense treatment, as the focus is often on releasing "knots" that have built up in the muscles. With regular treatment you will experience a greater sense of ease and relief and pain and discomfort will be minimized.

Who is it for?

Massage Therapy is for any and everyone. Athletes on a good rehab program can progress their training and prevent injury.
